Hi Folks,

Unfortunately, we are still waiting for final word on the approval of our Smack 3.3 CQ [1], and so we cannot release ECF 3.7 today/Oct 14.  I was hoping to hear final word on approval today/Oct 14, so we'll just hold off the release until we receive word.  I'm expecting it to happen at any time, and as soon as we here we'll release.

In the mean time, I've updated the New and Noteworthy [2], and the main page [3].  If you find any errors or have other things to add please let me know (or just fix directly).

Just in case...committers...please don't don't make any major commits until we've released.
