ECF 3.5 final hasn't been built and released yet, so even when the Eclipse sites become active again ECF 3.5 won't be there...until Monday 3/14/2011.

For the next few days, you can get the latest build of everything here:

https://build.ecf-project.org/jenkins/job/C-HEAD-sdk.feature/

Under 'Last successful artifacts'  ... (all files in zip).  This zip contains the p2 repository.
