Hi Ronald,
Though the final Equinox based bundle in not produced yet, you can run the current version as a Java Project in Eclipse. You can find the current version in our Git Hub non EPL'd Repository[0]. The help document and other relevant documentation is at [1].
The project is already configured to run as a Java Project. If you need to do any changes follow [1].
Thanks and Regards,
Harshana Martin

Hello,
I'm looking for an SIP provider for ECF. Did the Eclipse project
ever yield any deliverables?
Yes. As you might have seen, SIP provider for ECF project
was carried out as a Google Summer of Code 2009 project[0]. I have successfully
implemented the SIP Provider and contributed it to the ECF. But it needs
some modifications before we shipping it with ECF a release. It needs to
be fully integrated in to the ECF Codebase. This task wasn't a part of
the original project idea. I did work in the project later but due
to the time limitations, the completed work is not produced yet. Hopefully
I can complete it by the end of this September and ship it with our next
ECF release.
With your permission I would like to take this to the
ECF Dev mailing list, so the Project Lead Scott Lewis , other committers
and all of us can collaborate and produce a better product. ECF always
appreciates inputs from the community.
