[ecf-dev] ECF conference call - Mondays 9:00 UTC?!

Hi,

most committers have stated their preferred date/time for the weekly ECF
conference call [0] (If you haven't yet, please do so ASAP).
As it turns out, Monday evening (5:00 - 10:00pm UTC) serves most of us
best (7 out of 9). If people are fine with Monday 9:00pm UTC, I'd be
able to make the call too.

@Scott Is the conference bridge available during that time?
