[ecf-dev] ECF conference call notes and ECF 2.1 testing

Hi Folks,

We had an ECF conference call this am.  Please see the notes here:

Please note particularly the need to get new API in place for M5 
timeframe (i.e. before ~Feb 3).

Also, with some very recent fixes (i.e. see bug 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=259525), I've done another 
build and it's available for installation and testing here:

And please report any new/updated status of smoke testing here.

Bottom line for 2.1:  We're shooting for release tomorrow (Dec 24) 
pacific time...perhaps in the mid afternoon.
