[ecf-dev] ECF 2.1 release review Tues, Dec 23

Hi Folks,
Good news...FYI, the ECF 2.1 release is *on* for Dec 23 review (see
notice below).
So we're good to go for 2.1 release next week after the review call. I
propose we plan on the 24th for the actual 2.1 release build/deploy,
assuming all goes well with the review. Please plan your ECF testing
accordingly.
Remember also...HEAD stream is ECF 3.0...and the Release_2_1 branch is
for this release so bug fixes should be applied to both, and any other
changes should only go to HEAD/3.0.
I request we keep as stable a build as possible for Relese_2_1 branch
between now and Dec 25...in other words, please be careful on Release_2_1.

The schedule conference call day/time immediately follows our scheduled
bi-weekly conference call (1500UTC), so we'll plan on having the ECF
conference call as scheduled at 1500 UTC Tues, Dec 23 i.e. see:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/ECF and if the review call is had then it will
be at 1600 UTC (8am pacific) as shown below.

Hello all,
Below is the schedule of upcoming project reviews. Review Calls take
place only if an Eclipse member, using the project's Communication
Channel (given below), requests that the call be held. Otherwise, the
EMO will decide the outcome of the review based on the docuware and
community feedback.
The request for the Review Call must be posted at least 24 hours before
the scheduled review time. The EMO will post a message on the
Communication Channel stating whether or not the Review Call will be
held. The EMO will also post the results of the review on the
Communication Channel.
