Hi Folks,

Here are the notes from today's (9/23/2008) conference call.  The next 
call will be Tuesday, Oct 7 at 7am pacific, 1400UTC.

2008** with an indication of whether the relevant items on the plan 
(i.e. the area that you intend to work on for ECF) are a) doable given 
your personal expected availability; b) have all the things that you 
would like to work on (if not, please propose others to add).
