I added a committers section to the page (http://www.eclipse.org/ecf/committers/index.php)

Feel free to style it up anyway you want to. For those who want your image there, I suggest you find a 200x280 image :)

updated and compatible with the Eclipse Foundation's Phoenix Web site API.

There's a broken navigation links:
   About
   Users
   Contributors
to name a few.

We'll get these fixed. Please bear with us.
