I propose that Ashish Maurya, principal with WiredReach, Inc 
(http://www.wiredreach.com) be added to the ECF project as a committer.

All current ECF committers (Scott Lewis, Pete Mackie, Peter Nehrer, 
Ken Gilmer, Paul Trevithick, Boris Bokowski, Rhett Savage) please 
respond publicly to this posting w with your vote on adding Ashish 
Maurya as an ECF commiter:  +1=positive, 0=neutral, -1=negative.
