[ecd-pmc] Project Lead Election for Nina Doschek on Eclipse Theia has started

A Project Lead election for Nina Doschek on project Eclipse Theia (ecd.theia)
was started by Mark Sujew with this criteria:
In the recent year, Nina has had a massive impact on the Theia project.
This includes numerous technical contributions, especially in the area of
project maintenance and bug fixes. During the last year alone, she produced
more than 200 code contributions across the Theia GitHub repositories.
However, the biggest impact can be seen in her continuous commitment to the
Theia community.
Since joining the project, she has taken over the majority of the community
support. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Revamping our issue triaging system
- Answering questions and helping with problems in our GitHub discussions and
issues
- Helping new contributors onboard to Theia
- Review and testing of new changes
- Handling of security concerns and CVEs
- Communication of changes to the Theia mailing list
It is my pleasure to nominate Nina as a project lead on Eclipse Theia.
