Hello ECD PMC,

Just following up regarding the completed committer election for Stéphane Ducasse on Eclipse SageTea Runtime.

Stéphane has already been actively contributing to the Pharo migration and modernization effort for SageTea Runtime, and PMC approval would allow us to continue the migration work directly within the central Eclipse repository workflow.
