[ebr-dev] Nomination for Gunnar Wagenknecht as new EBR project lead

Hi all, 

I have to say I haven't had the time I'd have liked to progress the EBR
project. Also, Gunnar has expressed interest in taking the lead. So I would
like to nominate Gunnar Wagenknecht as the new project lead for EBR.
