[eavp-dev] EAVP build questions 
Hi EAVP devs,

I am working on January build/release engineering stuff.

What does additional.bundles in build.properties[1] do that including
those bundles in the MANIFEST.MF Require-Bundle does not do? I have
never used additional.bundles before, so any clarification would be
most appreciated.
