Hi

I've noticed that that the EASE Jenkins CI [1] is still not recovered after the Eclipse infrastructure outage. The Trace Compass project gets the doclet jar [2] for generating user docs from a CI build for each release. Could you please request the recovery of the CI (similarly to the Trace Compass request [3])? 

Besides, is there a different location where the doclet jar could be downloaded instead of the Jenkins CI?
