Hi Prash,

 

the issue has nothing to do with repositories or with some kind of search (which does not take place at all).

When we build modules we automatically create documentation using a custom doclet. Implemente in the Jenkins build it creates eclipse help pages. Now that doclet relies on the existence of a category for modules. If such a category is missing, the help anchors do not seem to be created correctly.

It is  a while ago since we created this entry. Not sure if it is still relevant.

Are the uncategorized modules being stored in some other repository which the search doesn't access? I that case,I think adding the repositories where these modules are stored to the help pages will be an adequate solution.
