There is no full list available. Started one a while ago here:

But as I just recently reworked the keyword mechanism we now have some 
new ones, too. Due to the new mechanism I will be able to provide 
wizards, preferences and the like for keywords as they are browsable 
through extension points. But I am not that far yet to have something 
ready here.
