[ease-dev] GSoC weekly reports & expectations

Hi GSoC students,

as explained in
https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/ease-dev/msg00285.html
I do expect posts on your weekly progress here on this list. I was not specific about the date so far, so the first post is expected until the end of next week (till May 15th).

What to be posted:
If you read documentation, point out what you read, provide links, book titles or similar stuff. If you are coding - whether to simply play around with the technology or to try out parts of your tasks - push it to github and tell us.
If you create bug reports, post links here.
If you need UI for your tasks, post mockups or sample screenshots.
If you try to sketch up your architecture, scan it and post it here.

We do want to see what you are doing and what ideas you come up with. Do not worry about the format. Sketches could be simple pencil drawings on a spare sheet of paper. If your code fragments are rough and full of debugging output, don't hesitate to show it. Your posts should be a real summary of your work done. Even if the coding phase did not start yet you are already encouraged to get active within the community, think about your tasks and present ideas to this list.

Now I want each of you to start a new thread on this list for the first summary. Then reply to your own post for the summary of the following week. So we get a nice thread collecting all your summaries.

Hope to see all of you on Wednesday.

Christian
