[ease-dev] Tooltip testing

Hi Christian, 

I wrote a unit test using the environment module. For that I created a help page for the environment module. Now I have two problems. 

1. For some reason I cannot generate help pages using ModuleDoclet. I followed all the instructions in your blog post. But javadoc generation is terminated without giving any errors. 

2. Currently what my test do is, just check for the head or body nodes in the help content of the environment module to make sure it gives something looks like html. But I have to load the work bench to get any help content.
