Re: [ease-dev] Code example to comment out a line in an editor (SOLVED)

Thanks, Christian. I signed an Eclipse CLA and pushed a commit to Gerrit for review in the scripts repository (master branch). It was my first time using Gerrit, so I hope it worked OK (seemed to).

The commit adds a file called "comment_out_selection.js". Let me know if you want any changes, as the contributor guide seemed more oriented towards Java contributions than JavaScript ones. Or let me know if you want changes pushed to a different branch in the future.

The biggest challenge of the 21st century is the irony of technologies of abundance in the hands of those still thinking in terms of scarcity.

Great script, Paul!
Would you mind sharing it and adding it to the scripts repository?
See the developers section:
https://www.eclipse.org/ease/developers/

I just created an empty JavaScript Snippets project there. You could put
it there using gerrit (the preferred way), or provide it via a bugzilla
entry.
We have a contributor guide available on the wiki:
https://wiki.eclipse.org/EASE/Contributor_Guide

Its just what the project needs, short sample scripts for others to
browse and to get started.
