[e4-dev] Pruning of outdated content in org.eclipse.e4.ui repo

Friends of the Eclipse SDK,

During the migration of Glance to the org.eclipse.e4.ui repo, I
noticed a lot of content which has not been touched in multiple years
(most of them > 8 years).

I suggest to remove them from the master branch, if needed they can be
restored from the history.

If you plan to work on one of the projects listed below, please speak
up in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=520007.
