This automatically generated message signals that Lars Vogel has nominated
Igor Zapletnev as a Committer on the eclipse.e4 project. The reason given
is as follows:

Migration of Glance to e4 (and later to platform)

Glance is an Eclipse plug-in providing incremental text search in Eclipse.

I would like to nominate Igor as e4 committer. Igor is one of the developer
of the Glance project and agreed to move it to e4 and if possible later to
platform.

e4 incubator was always intended to have very low entry barrier - The PMC
agreed that we should  give the Glance team access quickly. See

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 33 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Igor Zapletnev must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
