Bug 396249 - Builds for 4.2 and 4.3 e4 tools
We are wrapping up 0.13 (it's a checkpoint, since this is an incubator project) and moving to 0.14.
0.13 should compile and install with 4.2.2, now released.
0.14 will start making changes to support the Kepler model and consume new APIs.
I've disabled e4 builds in the meantime. Please test this build, as this is our candidate for promotion.

You can provide feedback on the list, and if I haven't heard anything negative I'll promote the build Thursday morning.
