[e4-dev] 4.2 SDK Build: I20120312-1730 submission

The build contains the following changes:
+ Bug 327690 - WizardHandlers could update the contribution's UI properties (FIXED)
+ Bug 353029 - [Commands] regression: menu contribution command bound to org.eclipse.ui.file.import does not use label provided, instead displays wizard name (FIXED)
+ Bug 369443 - [CSS] Provide mechanism to listen for theme changes (NEW)
+ Bug 372542 - Unfocused stack's tab feels under decorated (NEW)
+ Bug 373529 - [Compatibility] IPageListener's pageOpened(*) is sent out too early (REOPENED)
+ Bug 373646 - ArithmeticException makes the Eclipse window unusable (REOPENED)
+ Bug 374001 - Selecting chevron menu when containing a part without icon throws NPE (FIXED)
