[e4-dev] Persistent Data....again

Remy has just opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=368192
to ask for the ability to store persistent data with an MWindow. I've already
commented on the defect but would like to get more input to see if there
are any objections to moving the 'persistentData' attribute out of MContribution
and into MApplicaitonElement....
