[e4-dev] [releng] [ui] submission for tonight's M5 warmup

Tonight's 22:00 EST build is the last build to get anything in for
e4/4.1 M5. Everybody contributing to M5 should have tested their
content with:

http://download.eclipse.org/e4/downloads/drops/I20110126-2200/ - e4 0.11
Questions to answer: Can you install 4.1? Can you install your
feature on top of 4.1? Does it run? Do the editors open as expected?
Does the e4 application wizard create a launchable plugin?
Tonight's 22:00 build is the M5 candidate. Let me know by 10:00 EST
tomorrow if you need another build for 4.1/e4 M5.
