[e4-dev] eclipse e4 M5 + preliminary eclipse 4.0 SDK

e4 M5 is now available.  We provide all-in-one e4 SDKs (Eclipse, EMF,
XML Editors and Tools, e4) that can be downloaded, based on the latest
Helios I-builds.

With this build we've also provided a preliminary Eclipse 4.0 SDK.
