[dtp-pmc] DTP 1.0 Bug count-down

Update on DTP 1.0 bugs, for today's (12/11) build of RC2:
* Bugs:
> 2 major (both in Connectivity)
> 3 normal (all in Connectivity)
> 2 enhancements (SQL Dev, Connectivity)

Total: 7
Based on last week's team meeting, I believe that the Connectivity
enhancement (154169) needs to be deferred past 1.0. If so, this leaves 6
open items for DTP 1.0.
According to our Endgame Plan
(http://www.eclipse.org/datatools/pmc/endgame_plans/dtp_1.0/DTP%201.0%20Endgame%20Plan.htm),
this Friday's RC2 build will be the last in the DTP 1.0 stream, and will
be promoted to "1.0" after testing is complete during the week of 12/18.
This mean ideally all 6 (or 7) open items will be resolved before this
Friday's RC2 build, and the only changes in RC2 (and hence a rebuild) will
be through the approval process described in the Endgame plan.
This means:
> 4 more builds to RC2
> 7 more builds possible for DTP 1.0
