There is a problem in the 12/1 build of DTP requiring a "Refresh" in the
DSE when creating/deleting connection profiles:

This is an embarrassingly bad regression and I am very disappointed to see
it!

I petition the PMC for a vote to delay the RC1 promotion until this bug is
fixed.
