Re: [dtp-pmc] Brian Payton as SQL Dev Tools Co-Lead 
The DTP PMC has discussed this change and checked with the EMO. Since there
are no objections, Brian Payton will now co-lead SQL Dev.

DTP PMC,

I'd like to recommend Brian Payton assume the SQL Dev Tools co-lead
position along with Hung Hsi and Gary Xue. This aligns nicely with the work
that he is already involved in.
