[dtp-pmc] Voting complete for committer nominations: Christian Kadner an

On behalf of the PMC, I would like to report that the voting on committer
status for Christian Kadner and Rupesh Kartha is complete. With each
receiving five (5) votes in favor and none again, they have been elected
committers on DTP.

We have already seen a substantial contribution from them (Brian Payton,
http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/dtp-dev/msg00075.html) in the form of
the SQL parser classes. Please take a moment along with the PMC to welcome
Christian and Rupesh to DTP, and to say that we look forward to working
with them!
