[dtp-dev] DTP 1.0 RC status and bug counts

Here's an update on the count-down previously sent:

> 9 open items (bugs/enhancements) for DTP 1.0 RC2
> 5 working days before RC2
> 4 more builds before RC2

I would like to suggest that we aim to complete or defer all remaining 9
items by the end of next Thursday (12/14) in preparation for the RC2 build.
This will position us to test thoroughly  RC2, with the aim of releasing
just after 12/20 (our Release Review date, and assuming we pass that
review). Any changes -- and hence builds after next Friday -- will need to
be approved by the PMC.
