Hey all,

FYI, I've checked in a bunch of code that will allow connection profiles to
be contributed from customized repositories (e.g. JNDI).  I've also checked
in a sample repository that uses a file as its repository (basically, the
default workspace repository implementation, but you can specify the
location of the file).  None of this is not part of the public API.
