[dsdp-tm-dev] Committers please vote: [api]removing remoteSystemsViewPre

Dear committers,

In the committer call this week we discussed removing the

    org.eclipse.rse.ui.remoteSystemsViewPreferencesActions  
    org.eclipse.rse.ui.dynamicPopupMenuExtensions

extension points. While the first one was accepted,
there was some initial concern about 
dynamicPopupMenuExtensions. I think that 
with his comments on 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=185554
Uwe Stieber has addressed all these concerns.

May I thus go forward and remove the two extension 
points? - Please vote in response to this E-Mail.
