[dsdp-tm-dev] Basic JUnit test added for FTP files subsystem and service

Hi,
I've just completed the unit test framework with an example of testing
with a real remote system. I've used the FTP files subsystem and service
as it is the easiest way of finding a usable remote system.

See org.eclipse.rse.tests.subsystems.files.FTPFileSubsystemTestCase for
reference and feel free to more valuable substance to the test.
