[dsdp-tm-dev] Missing Copyrights

Can you please fix the missing copyright headers 
in the files in
   org.eclipse.rse.tests.persistence

Everyone -

I strongly suggest setting up a proper EPL
Copyright header for yourself in your Eclipse
Preferences:
  Window > Preferences > Java > Code Style > Code Templates > Code > New
Java Files

This will avoid such issues in the future.
I'm going to add this to the Committer HOWTO.
