I would ask that the PMC vote quickly on Doug and David, so that we
can begin executing the plans that were formulated during EclipseCon.

In particular, David is going to be writing and testing the Mylyn
connector for SDK discovery in Pulsar and we need this code to be in
Sequoyah before M7.
