Re: [dsdp-pmc] PMC approval needed for committer vote for Daniel DrigoPastore

+1 from Christian

Daniel's help for Sequoyah is welcome, esp. in this early phase.

Unfortunately "release engineering" is often a less glamorous task, but it nevertheless is one of the most important and vital things to get right. a "bad" release engineer can make the life of many developers miserable.

I vote to have Daniel in the project at this early stage, to make sure the move and creation of the new infrastructure can be done well and efficiently, and make sure Daniel has a say in it from the start.

Daniel's role in MTJ - we'll have to see if this is needed at this point, Gustavo/Diego are volunteering to maintain
the current infrastructure.
Daniel could help as a representative to the EPP (packaging project) since he already does the same for Sequoyah, and it would be minimal overhead for him.

Daniel Drigo Pastore was nominated by Eric Cloninger as follows:
I would like to nominate Daniel Pastore as a committer for the TmL project
(and subsequent Sequoyah project).

Daniel is an employee of the Eldorado Institute in Campinas, Brazil,
working on behalf of Motorola. Daniel will be working on the task of
creating the build infrastructure of DSDP/Sequoyah, and on integrating the Pulsar specific components from MTJ into the new Sequoyah project. He will
also be working as the build engineer for MTJ after MTJ SR1.

Mauren Brenner (an existing committer and founding member of the TmL
project) will oversee Daniel's work and act as a mentor.

Please indicate your approval of Daniel's status with a +1 vote.

Thank you
