Hi Anne,

Please find attached a proposal creation review document for the Blinki 
Project (formerly known as FireFly). Per our discussion last week I am 
submitting it today with a proposed review date of Wednesday March 18. I 
will provide an updated corp committer agreement later today or tomorrow. 
Please contact me if there are issues with the report or any unmet 
requirements.
