[dsdp-pmc] [CQ 2948] PMC Approval for xdc core

Voting on the mailing list, as per our PMC Decision on
http://wiki.eclipse.org/DSDP/PMC/PMC_Minutes_06Nov08
we'll need 2 +1 votes and no -1 votes. I'm voting +1
since we obviously all want the RTSC initial contribution,
it's the reason for the whole project to exist :-)
