hi barb,

i exchanged some email with jmeunit authors to ask the questions that are
rquired by eclipse legal process. i just attached both answers from them. below
is summary of the answers.

there are two code authors:
Carl Alko Meijer: hammingweight@xxxxxxxxx (10% of the code)

code)

brunno's answers:

(3.1) Did you develop all of the Content from scratch?

I developed JMUnit in my college, alone. I had many problems in understand
J2MEUnit docs, the single xUnit framework for Java ME at the time, so I decided
to develop my own custom framework, the JMUnit.
Today, Carl is improving my original code, as I'm not working with it right
now.

(3.2) If not, what materials did you use to develop the Content?

N/A

(3.3) Did you reference any confidential information of any third party?

My single theorical base was a book called JUnit Recipes. Based in its
descriptions about a xUnit framework, I created a short list of requisites and,
then, I made JMUnit. I didn't even observed any third-party code, confidential
or not.

(3.4) If you referenced third party materials, under what terms did you receive
such materials?

N/A

(3.1) Did you develop all of the Content from scratch?

Many of the classes and interfaces are derived from those in JUnit although the
source code is original.
The rendering of one of the J2ME Lists is based on J2MEUnit although the code
was developed from scratch.

(3.2) If not, what materials did you use to develop the Content?

See above. I hope that the details are adequate

No.
