Dear PMC,
 
Shigeki has created a CQ, requesting approval for making a significant
new contribution to NAB under EPL: the mp3player demo that he showed
at EclipseCon.
 
As per the CQ process, the PMC will be asked for approval. I'm writing
this now to fasten the process. Please vote for approving this CQ:
