Hi Martin:

Unfortunately IPzilla doesn't take into account that you as the PMC member
entered the CQ so you will also have to set the PMC Approved flag as well -
sorry.

Also, can you please ensure that the contributor has made the following
confirmations on the relevant bugzilla entry and let me know when that has been
done:

Bugzilla confirmations:

(a) Confirm they wrote 100% of the code; 
(b) Confirm that they have the right to contribute the code to Eclipse; and 
(c) the file header contains the EPL License header (this has been completed)
