RE: [dsdp-pmc] PMC approval needed for committer vote for Gang(Allen) Ma

Gang Ma's contributions look good! Great to get some
more diversity with Sybase people.
Only think I find odd is that on the

contribution, Copyright is (c) 2003, 2008 but Gang
Ma is the only contributor? If the Copyright is that
old, I'd assume there are other Contributors?
