I have worked with Otavio, and he is certainly up to speed on the TML 
architecture and code structure.

I agree with Martin's observation on the "character set" issue with his 
full Portuguese name.
My preference would be to stick to regular, "ASCII", without any special 
localized character sets.
While Java supports the use of local character sets, I do not want to 
rely on this for regular source code files.

(and yes, my "official" German middle name also has a funny umlaut 
character which I never use)
