Hi folks,

As per our standard process, we need to vote on Eric to join the TmL
project as the new project lead. This was discussed in the last PMC
meeting. You are voting on two things:

1) Eric will become the TmL project lead.
2) Eric will join the DSDP PMC to represent the project.
