As per our standard process, we need to vote on Eric to join the TmL
project as the new project lead. This was discussed in the last PMC
meeting. You are voting on two things:
1) Eric will become the TmL project lead.
2) Eric will join the DSDP PMC to represent the project.

Eric Cloninger was nominated by Christian Kurzke as follows:
Eric joined Motorola as a product (engineering) manager in Q1/08, and
has
since then worked closely with the TmL team and is managing a product
which
uses some of the TmL code.
He has more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering
commercial software products and development tools. His university
degrees
are in Computer Science and Mathematics. As a software developer, he
was a
core member of the team that designed and developed the Metrowerks
CodeWarrior development tools for Windows and Palm OS. At
Palm/PalmSource,
he built tools for building the OS as well as GUI tools for
application
design. Eric integrated these development tools into PalmSource's
branded
version of Eclipse. Prior to working at Motorola, Eric was a Product
Manager for Wind River's Eclipse-based product--Workbench. Eric's
experience in software development, team leadership, and tools
development
makes him an ideal candidate for the position.
