[dsdp-pmc] Skype now supports conferencing with up to 9 contacts

Dear PMC,

I just learned that the newest update of Skype
(version 3.2.0.175) supports direct conferencing
with up to 9 contacts.

Before, it was limited to 4 contacts. If all of
us are ok using Skype, we could try it out for 
the next PMC call.
