Hello Rob, it looks like the index.php file has wrong pathes to the download files: http://europa-mirror1.eclipse.org/dsdp/dd/downloads/drops/R-0.9.0-200706 150200/index.php references .../drops/R-0-9-0-20070615/ but should be .../drops/R-0-9-0-200706150200/ if you manually change the link as follows, it works: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/dsdp/dd/downloads/dr ops/R-0.9.0-200706150200/DSF-SDK-0.9.0.zip so just paste in "0200" in the right location and the downloads are ok.
