RE: [dsdp-pmc] VOTE: Editor components for editingIP-XACTfiles(contribution)

J  The contribution questionnaire references a PMC vote, as I discovered when I started filling it out for the ARM guys.

Hi PMC,

 

Please vote on the follow contribution to DD.  With this contribution, we begin to create a connection between the SPIRIT Debug Working Group and the DD project.  The goal is to create open tooling in Eclipse for the SPIRIT standards.

core plugin for editing of IP-XACT files

 

This plugin contains code that understands and handles the objects represented

by IP-XACT documents. It also contains code for the handling of libraries of

IP-XACT documents. The file is a jar file including the source code of the

plugin.

 

The plug-in is currently named com.arm.ipxact.editor.core, but will need to be

renamed for inclusion in Eclipse.

 

All code in this plug-in is either written by ARM Ltd. from scratch, or derived

by ARM Ltd. from existing Eclipse code (licensed to ARM Ltd under the terms of

the Eclipse Public License). ARM Ltd. offers use of this code to the Eclipse

Foundation for its use under the terms of the Eclipse Public License.

 

The code contains no cryptography code.
