Good idea, but I think you should distinguish between "0" (which is a deliberate vote to abstain) and "X" (which is not voting in the time period). More accurate, I think.

If you do a vote summary again next time, it would be good to count
how many committers are being counted as "0" vote because they
did not vote in the 1-week period. E.g.
